This is a new low-energy headquarters building designed within
a ‘commercial green’ ethos. The studio building provides
open plan office floor space for 150 engineers on two floors. The
construction of the external wall incorporates voids which enable
the building to breathe through strategically placed breaks in the
cedar cladding panels, providing fresh air through floor plenums
